The EC Directory at /arksphere/ec-directory provides a searchable directory of organizations and people sourced from European Commission project data. It includes partner search announcements, profile claiming, and filtering tools that help you find and connect with EC-funded entities.
The directory is organized into two main views: Organizations and People.

Claiming a Profile
The EC Directory supports profile claiming, which lets you link an EC-sourced profile to your ResearchArk account. The claiming process works as follows:
- Find your EC profile -- Search the Organizations or People view for your entry.
- Preview -- Click the profile to review the EC-sourced data and verify it matches your identity.
- Claim -- Click the claim button to submit a claim request. This marks the EC profile as your official profile within ResearchArk.
- Review -- Claims go through a verification process. The claim status progresses through:
| Claim Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Your claim has been submitted and is awaiting review |
| Approved | Your claim has been verified and the EC profile is linked to your account |
| Rejected | The claim was not approved. You may re-submit with additional verification |
Once approved, the claimed profile appears on your ResearchArk account and enriches your profile data with EC project history.
