Feedback Types
Select the type from the dropdown at the top of the page. The placeholder text in the message field changes to guide you. Available types:
| Type | Use it when |
|---|---|
| Beta Program Feedback | Sharing your overall beta experience, what works well, or what needs improvement |
| General Feedback | Suggestions, ideas, or general thoughts about the platform |
| Report a Bug | Something is broken — describe what happened, what you expected, and steps to reproduce |
| Report an Issue | Problems or concerns that are not strictly bugs (e.g. content errors, UX issues) |
| Newsletter Feedback | Explaining why you unsubscribed from the newsletter |
| Beta Cancellation Feedback | Explaining why you are leaving the beta program |
| Account Deletion Feedback | Sharing your reason for deleting your account |

Submitting
Click Submit Feedback. You will see a confirmation screen. The team reads all submissions and follows up by email if you provided one.
