ResearchArk surveys help the team understand your research needs and improve the platform. Two are public, two require sign-in.
The surveys page at beta.researchark.eu/surveys lists four surveys. Two are open to anyone; two require you to be signed in.
Pre-Beta Survey (Public)
Route: beta.researchark.eu/surveys/pre-beta — approx. 3–5 minutes
A quick snapshot of your research background and funding challenges. Open to everyone, no account needed.
About You

- Research fields — Frascati FOS classification (multi-select)
- Number of funding applications submitted in the last 3 years (single select)
Pain Points & Needs

Extended Beta Survey (Public)
Route: beta.researchark.eu/surveys/extended-beta — approx. 8–12 minutes
A comprehensive survey covering your research context, tool usage, collaboration needs, and pricing expectations. Also open to everyone without an account.
Covers career stage, employment sector, country, AI tools currently used (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Consensus, Grok, and others), organisation type, NPS-style satisfaction scales, and pricing tier preferences. Includes conditional questions that appear based on earlier answers.
Beta Onboarding Survey (Sign-In Required)
Route: beta.researchark.eu/surveys/beta-onboarding — approx. 3–5 minutes
Shown to newly registered beta users after their first sign-in. Captures first impressions and primary goals.
First Impressions
- Overall first impression of the platform (1–5 scale: Poor → Excellent)
