Join the Beta
Apply for beta access to ResearchArk, or activate an invitation link you received by email.
ResearchArk is currently in beta. Access is by invitation or application. There are two paths.
I Have a Beta Invitation Link
If you received a beta invitation by email, your link looks like:
https://beta.researchark.eu/join-beta?beta=CODE&email=you@example.comOpen it in your browser. The page automatically validates your code. If valid, you are redirected to the registration page within a few seconds with your email pre-filled and beta code attached. Complete registration normally — your beta access is linked to your account on submission.
If the code is invalid or expired, the page shows an error with two options:
- Apply for Beta — submit a new application below
- Contact Support — email beta@researchark.eu
I Don't Have an Invitation — Apply Now
Go to beta.researchark.eu/join-beta and complete the application form. The form has four sections.

After Applying
You will see a confirmation screen. The team reviews applications and responds within 48 hours. If approved, you receive an email with an invitation link and registration instructions.
Once registered, complete the Beta Onboarding Survey to help the team understand your goals.
